• The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip start date.

• If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the trip, the deposit may be refunded minus any applicable fees.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip will result in partial or no refund, depending on costs already incurred.
