Itinerary of Manaslu Circuit Trek

Usually, it takes around 14 to 18 days to complete the entire circuit, depending on the route and acclimatization days included. Here's a sample itinerary:



Day 1: Kathmandu to Soti Khola




  • Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, a small town and the starting point of the trek.



Day 2-3: Soti Khola to Machha Khola to Jagat




  • Trek through beautiful landscapes, crossing the Machha Khola river and passing through small villages.

  • Reach Jagat, a village with a checkpoint for Manaslu Restricted Area Permit.



Day 4-5: Jagat to Deng to Namrung
