Superbly located actually in Kalkan village, not up the hillside,Kulenin Evi is a modern, four storey, detached holiday villa with private pool offering spacious accommodation. All the rooms have balconies or direct access to patio areas. The villa is a 150 metre stroll to the main street in Kalkan where the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are, yet in a quiet location. The pebble beach is about 200 metres from the house. On the ground floor is a large, air-conditioned double bedroom, (5.7m x 3.8m) with a 6 ft. wide bed, dressing room and ensuite shower room and an air conditioned twin bedded room with adjacent shower room, both with direct access to the gardens and terrace. The air conditioned sitting room, 5.7m x 5.25m, with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay is on the first floor. The sitting room has seating for eight. DVD/CD players are provided with a limited range of DVDs/CDs, bring your own if you want to. There are also games, including chess and backgammon and a selection of books. The separate kitchen/dining room is also on the first floor with an extensive range of units, crockery, cutlery and glasswear, cooking utensils, 4 ring gas hob/oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with balcony overlooking the gardens and private pool and with steps down to the terraces.. There is also a large dining table with chairs. The second floor comprises a large, air conditioned double bedroom with a 6 ft. wide bed, dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower and two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay and the fourth bedroom, air conditioned, with twin beds and ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden, pool and sea. You might like to enjoy a BBQ on the 3rd floor roof terrace where dining is magical as you watch the sun set and the stars come out over the Bay and the mountains. Also on the third floor is an attic room with the laundry area, the washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board and fridge to keep your fod and drinks cool while dining on the roof terrace. The villa is set in an unusually large private garden which is well stocked with bougainvilleas, jasmine, hibiscus and many other exotic flowers and shrubs. There are also lemon and orange trees, bananas, figs and olives in the garden. Villa Tuzlabeli sits on a hillside approx 500m above sea level, with mountains around it and views over the plain to the mountains beyond .The cooling mountain breezes are perfect for when the local temperatures soar in the summer months. On the ground floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with double doors leading out onto a spacious balcony. There is also dining room, bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubical, double bedroom and the open plan lounge one of the sofas opens out into a Sofa bed leading out onto the covered terrace and pool. Upstairs there is a Family shower room, two twin rooms 1 double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and 1 double bedroom that has a double bed and sofa bed, all but one of the bedrooms have balconies. There is also another seating area with double doors leading to a further balcony giving you the chance to enjoy some wonderful views. It is located in 2500m square garden and it has 90m square swimmingpool.(Garden and swimming pool is shared with the villa next to it, owners-my parents are staying at the next villa and they generally prefer to swim in sea, that's why pool is generally private to our guests) This site is a very lovely site with Mediterranean flowers surround and has a great sea view with Greek Islands. It is located 8 minutes by walk to the center of Yalikavak and 3 minutes by car to the most popular 2 beaches,15 km away from the center of Bodrum, 1,5 km to the supermarkets Migros and Gimma. It is 2 minutes by car to the Yalikavak marina. Electric, gas, water and pool maintenance is included into the price. There is a ping pong table. Each room has two single beds or a double bed(French style), toilet and shower, 24-hours hot water, air-condition, telephone for local and international calls, television and balcony. It is possible to add extra single beds to the rooms. Its' close location to Olympos Mountains enables visitors to go on daily excursions varying from mild nature walks to extreme outdoor sports. There are also excursions to join, combining sea and history. There are many boat tours everyday going to the islands close by or to the historical sea side towns.
