Our home is a lovely four bedroom, three bathroom property with its own swimming pool in the quiet community of Aylesbury, Davenport. It is just five minutes from the main Interstate and therefore well placed for travel to all the major attractions and both Atlantic and Gulf coasts. It is the ideal place to relax after a busy day enjoying all the exciting places Orlando has to offer. It has two double bedrooms, both en suite (one with direct access onto the pool deck) and Cable TV. There is a twin bedded room with a Disney theme for our younger guests, Cable TV, a Playstation and games and a second twin bedded room with a further bathroom. The living area has a vaulted ceiling giving it a bright and airy feel; it is tastefully furnished with three sofas and has Cable TV, Video, DVD with surround sound and a CD player. The open plan kitchen has everything you require with a Cooker and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer (with ice maker), Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher and Waste Disposal. A laundry area is provided with a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board. Our garage has been converted into a Games Room and has a full size Pool Table, Table Football and an electronic Darts Board as well as a selection of other games and toys. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto our extended pool deck which is partially covered giving you shade from the Florida sun; it is furnished with a table and chairs for outside dining and sun loungers for relaxation. The large pool (15' x 30') is fully screened for your protection from the local insect population, it is chemical free and can be heated if required for an additional charge. All doors and windows opening directly onto the pool area are alarmed for the safety of any children. The property is fully air conditioned for your comfort and is maintained to a high standard by our locally based Management Company who also provide a 24 hour emergency helpline. We provide free of charge, a safe to store your valuables, all linen, towels including pool and beach towels, local telephone calls, a High Chair, Cot and Buggy. The property is fitted with an intruder alarm for your peace of mind. Aylesbury is located just off US 27 and is minutes away from Interstate 4 providing easy access to the West Coast or the Space Coast beaches both of which are less than 90 minutes drive away. It is well situated for your holiday and is only minutes away from several executive golf courses; restaurants, shopping, takeaways and supermarkets (including a large WAL MART). Walt Disney World; SeaWorld and Universal Studios are 15-20 mins by car; Busch Gardens near Tampa is 1 hours drive away and well worth a visit. There is a Breakfast Bar and a Dining area that leads out to the pool area and another living room both living rooms have Queen size sleeper sofas enableing the villa to sleep 14 if required. The pool is 28x16ft and heating is optional it has steps leading down into it making easy access for the elderly and young children there is also a child safety fence round thepool that can be removed if required.Thre is a large deck area with a shaded area if needed and plenty of pool furniture and a large patio dining table for that al-fresco dining. We have three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and over 2200 square feet of internal space.The Pool and Spa, which are brand new for 2004, sit in a large deck area with a lanai for alfresco meals and when you want to get the kids out of the midday sun. We have lots of comfortable pool furniture and pool toys and all external doors to the pool area are alarmed for the little ones safety. The spa is fabulous if you need relaxation just step in and enjoy, you are on vacation after all!Inside, the family room seats eight, including two recliners from which you can watch the thirty-two inch television, DVD, or listen to some music on the stereo, the choice is yours. The elegant dining area seats six with additional dining in the kitchen, which is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. The Loft on the next floor has Internet access, a television, a Playstation 2 (plus games), and lots of books. We also have a sleeper-sofa here, which will comfortably sleep two. The Master Bedroom is on the ground floor and has a spacious en-suite with a tub and shower. The Master bedroom also has a television, hairdryer, radio alarm, and full length mirrored closets (no standing on the bed to see your lower half). This room also has French Windows leading out to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs and share the family bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and has a large closet, a hairdryer and large mirror the third (twin) bedroom has a dolphin theme and is great for either children or adults.It is hard to beat Lindfields for location.
