Park House features 3 bedrooms upstairs (double, twin & single) and a double sofa bed in a reception room downstairs which converts into a 4th bedroom.  Sleeps up to 7 plus cot. Also on the ground floor are 2 additional reception rooms which include a conservatory with dining area, living room and cloakroom. The facilities at the property include Sky TV (Movie & Sports channels), Wi-Fi, 2 bikes, real fire in the living room as well as being fully gas central heated. We have received a special Families Welcome accreditation from the English Tourist Board due to the extras we can provide to guests with children if required.  These include a travel cot, high chair, baby monitoring facility and installation of stair gates.  The kitchen features a washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, a large fridge/freezer, food processor and juicer! Park House has a small private garden with outdoor seating, table & parasol.  A large park (hence the name!) is 1/2 a minutes walk from the property and Stokes Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Historical Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays are easily reached by the Gosport ferry (www.gosportferry.co.uk) which is just 5 minutes from Park House.
