Villa Kadyanda is situated 500m above sea level, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over a plateau and the nearby mountains. The Turquoise Coast near Fethiye offers everything that a holidaymaker wants. The friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of water sports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. The bustling port of Fethiye is 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or hire a car and the local roads are good and driving is easy. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered Blue Lagoon and the centre for paragliding is a short distance from Fethiye as are Hisaronu with its lively night life and the Greek 'Ghost Town' of Kaya Koy. Slightly further away is the unspoilt 20km sandy beach at Patara. SPECIALIST WATER SPORT TUITION COURSES are offered in Kitesurfing, Sailing and Scuba Diving, these are available locally over 3-5 days and are run by experienced instructors.
