Ground Floor
Games Room
Our games-room has been stylishly themed to be “Hollywood Magic” and includes a full-sized slate bed Pool Table (snooker), Air Hockey, Table Foosball and Darts board.  In addition there is a 42” wall-mounted LED TV with DVD player for your enjoyment.  There is also comfortable seating and it is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. In addition it also has two wall-mounted fans.
 
Pool & Spa
The luxurious south-facing pool deck with large pool and spa offers pleasant views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with 2 x tables, 10 x chairs and 6 x sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool. For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, you can use our gas BBQ at no extra charge.  A pool safety fence is also provided to ensure toddler safety by the poolside.
 
Living Room
As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas with the dining area located to the rear of the room.
 
Dining Area
The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.
 
Family Room
The spacious and stylish family room is furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the large 37” LED TV with DVD player.  A selection of over 50 DVD’s and WII games console with games is provided for your enjoyment.
 
Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink!!  The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for four with additional seating on bar stools for four more at the breakfast bar.
 
Laundry Room
The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and iron for your convenience – leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase!  You will also find two infant strollers and two high chairs.
 
Master Bedroom 1 - Ground Floor
This beautifully furnished bedroom features King sized four poster bed, dresser and mirror and walk-in wardrobe.  Additional features include a 28” LED Cable TV with DVD player, telephone and alarm clock radio. The ensuite bathroom features a large corner bath, walk-in shower, sink, WC and hairdryer.
 
Master Bedroom 2
This wonderful traditional styled room is furnished with a King sized poster bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room also features a dresser and mirror, two night stands and two lamps, 28" LED Cable TV with DVD, ceiling fan, telephone and alarm clock radio. A cot (crib) is also provided in this room. The enclosed en-suite bathroom vanity, large bath with shower over, WC and hairdryer. 
 
Bedroom 3 (Tropical themed)
This tropical themed bedroom features a queen sized bed, two night stands, two lamps and an alarm clock radio.  Additional features include a wall-mounted 32” LED TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, and a closet.
 
Bedroom 4 (Disney Princess themed)
This “Disney Princess” themed bedroom features a two twin beds and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 26” LED TV with DVD player, ceiling fan  and night stand with a complementing Disney Princess table lamp.
 
Bedroom 5
This stylish modern bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a closet and ample drawer space with a dresser and mirror. This room also features 28" LED Cable TV with DVD, ceiling fan and alarm clock radio.
 
Bedroom 6 (Safari themed)
This “Safari” themed bedroom features two twin sized beds, two night stands with lamps, built-in closet, a chest of drawers and ceiling fan.  Additional features include a 26” LED TV with DVD player.
 
Bedroom 7 (Cars themed)
This “Cars” themed bedroom features dual bunk beds (sleeping up to four) with a wardrobe.  Additional features include a 22” wall-mounted LED Cable TV with DVD player and WII games console with games.

This Surfing themed shared bathroom is located between Safari themed bedroom and Cars themed bedroom and features a vanity unit, bath with shower, WC and hairdryer.

This shared bathroom is themed “Feathered Friends’ and is located between bedroom 3 (Tropical themed) and bedroom 4 (Disney Princess themed) and features a vanity unit, bath with shower, WC and hairdryer.
