Lovely four bedroom/three bath villa 15 mins from Disney

Aylesbury Villa is a lovely four bedroom, three bathroom property with its own swimming pool in the quiet community of Aylesbury, Davenport, yet it is only 15 minutes to the Disney attractions and therefore well placed for your holiday. It is the ideal place to relax after a busy day enjoying all the exciting places Orlando has to offer.
It has two double bedrooms, both en suite (one with direct access onto the pool deck) and Cable TV. There is a twin bedded room with a Mickey Mouse theme for our younger guests, Cable TV, a PS2 and games and a second twin bedded room with a further bathroom.
 
The living area has a vaulted ceiling giving it a bright and airy feel; it is tastefully furnished with three sofas and has Cable TV, Video, DVD with surround sound and a CD player.
 
The open plan kitchen has everything you require with a Cooker and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer (with ice maker), Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher and Waste Disposal. A laundry area is provided with a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board.
 
Our garage has been converted into a Games Room and has a full size Pool Table, Table Football and an electronic Darts Board as well as a selection of other games and toys.
 
Patio doors lead from the lounge onto our extended pool deck which is partially covered giving you shade from the Florida sun; it is furnished with a table and chairs for outside dining and sun loungers for relaxation. The large pool (15' x 30') is fully screened for your protection, it is a salt treatment pool which is much kinder to the skin and can be heated if required for an additional charge.  The pool is south east facing so you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. All doors and windows opening directly onto the pool area are alarmed for the safety of any children.
 
The property is fully air conditioned for your comfort and is maintained to a high standard by our locally based Management Company who also provide a 24 hour emergency helpline.
 
We provide free of charge, a safe, broadband wireless internet connection (just bring your own laptop),  all linen, towels including pool and beach towels, US telephone calls, a High Chair, Cot and Buggy. The property is fitted with a monitored alarm.
 
The quiet community of Aylesbury, Davenport is situated on US27 just five minutes from exit 55 of the main Interstate (I4) which will take you directly into Orlando for the Disney and Universal attractions as well as the lovely beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.

It is well situated for your holiday, close by there are several executive golf courses, restaurants, shops, takeaways and supermarkets, including a large WAL MART and Publix. The new shopping development, Posner Park is less than a mile away offering, J.C Penney, Target, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods with other outlets opening in the near future.  The lively Highway 192 is 15 minutes drive, here you can find many of the popular Bars, Restaurants like TGI Friday’s, Outback, Olive Garden, Carabbas plus shopping outlets and more family entertainment.
The local Tourist Information Centre is located less than 5 minutes away where you will find information and advice on the multitude of other activities and attractions that are available in the area.
