 Carabeo 60, No. 3c is a modernised and 3rd (top) floor 3 bedroom apartment in simply the very best location in Nerja. However, it should be borne in mind that there is no lift/elevator although the stairs are not at all steep.
Perched on the cliff top and enjoying unrivalled panoramic views, this apartment is just a quiet and level 3 minute stroll from the Balcon de Europa - the heart of Nerja. There is pretty and quite secluded beach below which is accessed by some steps about 20 metres along the road. A pathway bordering this beach leads to the Burriana Beach.

The salon leads through lovely sliding glass doors on to a south facing balcony which looks out directly over the sea and along the spectacular coastline beyond. There is a luxurious full bathroom (with shower).

Just outside the rear kitchen door there is a small second WC cubicle. Satellite TV (BBC World) and a wood burning stove complete the installations. Highly recommended if location and view are high on your list for a 3 bedroom apartment!

Carabeo 60 is ideally situated being a quiet, level and pleasant 5 minute walk from The Balcon de Europa, the centre of Nerja. The Burriana Beach is accessed down some steps almost opposite.

Immediately below the steps is Carabeillo Chico Beach which is a small and nice cove encastrada between big blocks of stone that Burriana allows us to see from the distance. Though the sand and the water is very clean for this beach.
