Burriana beach with it's many bars and restaurants in only a 5 minute walk from the villa with the centre of Nerja about 30 minutes away on foot (5 mins. drive), however, there is a regular bus service in to the centre of Nerja that leaves from near the villa. The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where is a cloakroom/toilet, salon/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The salon is equipped with Sat TV, an CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. There is a spiral staircase from the terrace up to a roof terrace with panoramic views. As in all of our houses the kitchens are fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and the usual electrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle, etc. Furnishings throughout are of a good standard in a contemporary style. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and it's terrace area.
