 Enjoy spectacular views of the sea and mountains in this semi-detached self catering villa, just 800 metres from the beach with access to a large communal pool, surrounded by impressive tropical gardens. This apartment is located in a peaceful and typically Andalucian style complex and is just opposite the main Supersol supermarket of Nerja.
The villa benefits from a spacious, sunny south facing terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful and panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It is equipped with table, chairs and sunloungers and is accessed directly from the lounge.  In addition the villa has its own private garden.
The villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard, where the owners have added personal touches to ensure that it is cosy and comfortable.
The spacious and comfortable accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with a single bed and bunk beds), both providing spacious fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The spacious and luxurious lounge provides access to the sunny terrace, dining area, sofa, satellite tv, music system and fireplace. Seperate, well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, toaster and coffee and tea making facilities.
The apartment is within 10 minutes walk to Burriana Beach where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. It is also 10 minutes walk from central Nerja which has retained its traditional and quaint Andalucian character. Nerja has many bars, restaurants, spanish tapas bars and shops to offer as well as the famous Balcon de Europa with the outstanding views of the sea and nearby beaches. The large Supersol supermarket is a two minute walk.
Activities offered include tennis, horseriding, quad biking, cycling, scubadiving, golf, paragliding, go-karting, fishing and snorkling.
Excursions include visits to Seville, Granada, Cordoba (three beautiful cities very representative of the Spanish culture) aswell as Ronda Gibraltar and Tarifa.
Whilst enjoying your stay in Nerja a ΄must see΄ are the outstanding and prehistoric caves of Maro which are found just 5 minutes from Nerja.
Nerja is 55km from Malaga airport, the centre of the Costa del Sol. The beautiful town of Nerja is well known to be one of the most popular and well kept coastal holiday destinations in spain, full of Andalucian culture and ambience. Just one and a half hours from Granada, where you can visit the last moorish palace, The Alhambra and the outstanding Sierra Nevada mountains where skiing is available from December through to April.
