 The apartment is on the second floor of a recently constructed block in a prime position overlooking Burriana Beach. It is served by a lift and has an entrance hall, one double and one twin bedroom, a fully equipped en suite bathroom, separate kitchen, main bathroom and a large lounge with dining area. The total area is about 95 sq.m.

Patio doors from the lounge lead to a South facing balcony of about 18sq.m. with stunning beach and some mountain views.

There are many local restaurants, bars, bistros and cocktail lounges specialising in local and international cuisine. The centre of Nerja is just 10 minutes walk and can be reached along the beach or via a zig zag path.
