homestay in beijing of China

We live in Liudaokou, Haidian District,20 minutes to Beijing Language and Cultural University, Tsinghua University and Beijing University, I have a spacious house, three bedrooms ,one living room, one dinning room, one cooking room,and two washing closets, with good furniture and advanced appliances, I have spared one bedroom and one washing closet (not shared)for my guest, with double bed , two desks and one table lamp for studying, a wardrobe, and you can share the washing machine, cable TV, cable, refrigerator, DVD player ,sterilizing machine and so on. The cable is free for 24 hours and very quick, you also can use the telephone to make a local call, and also use it to receive the call from overseas. There are three people in my family, my wife, my baby and I,I am a postdoctor graduated from Tsinghua University, major in economics, and good at  Chinese culture; My wife majors in English language teaching, applying for doctor degree for teaching foreigners chinese. my young baby is learning language now, she will be your good partner. We have accepted 6 people from America, England, Norway, Italy and other countries, we lived together very happily, and learned a lot from each other ,and now we still expect to make good friends from all over the world, and communicate often about the different cultures. The price has included all you need to pay in the home, such as property management fee, heating cost and utility fee. And two meals a day. You needn’t care about the water and electricity fees.
