Luxury 4 double bed holiday villa set on the hillside above Kata Beach in Phuket, Thailand.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.  The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.  All air conditioned bedrooms are on the ground floor, the master bedroom has a magnificent bamboo four poster bed and the en-suite bathroom is massive with a walk-in shower area, twin basins sent in a black granite worktop and a huge double JACUZZI bath  

The villa has television DVD, satellite/cable. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Kata Beach

This a magnificent beach, from November to April it is flat calm and ideal for small children, swimming, sunbathing, water skiing, diving , snorkeling , boat hire, parasailing etc.

The rest of the year there is strong surf (comparable with the north coast of Cornwall) and all types of boards are available for hire.

There is we consider the finest restaurant in Phuket in the Boathouse Grill and Wine Bar on the beach.

A car is advisable, (driving is on the left) we can arrange a driver if required   

All meals can be prepared by your own personal chef

Your live-in chef will shop and cook for you the most magnificent Thai and European dishes.

Airport transfers are included in the rental price.
