Beautiful apartment with pool and jacuzzi with mountain views

This fully-furnished first floor apartment (lift to all floors) comprises:-

Air conditioned bedroom complete with twin beds and large double built in wardrobe. Patio doors on to spacious balcony(18sqm) with two sunloungers with a table and chairs seating 4 for those lazy Cypriot evenings.

There is an open plan air conditioned living room with the kitchen at one end. There is a three seater sofa which is a comfortable double sofa bed, a two seater sofa, dining table and four chairs and TV with DVD player (at present no TV channels are available but there is a DVD rental store in the village). Patio doors opening on to spacious balcony.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with the usual appliances including oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine (no need to take back two suitcases of dirty laundry at the end of your holiday).

The bathroom has toilet, sink and full sized bath with shower over.

The apartment also has a small safe for you to leave any valuables in; giving you peace of mind.

The complex boasts a large grotto style pool with a small shallow children's pool only 18 inches deep. There are also toilets, showers and a jacuzzi. The pool area is set in beautifully maintained gardens.

We have excellent local agents who take care of our apartment to ensure that it is cleaned to a high standard after every booking. All towels and sheets are provided. Mid-let cleans can be arranged for an extra local charge.

We can even arrange airport transfers (local charges apply). Travel time from the airport is about 20 minutes. Car hire and taxi's available at the airport.

Oroklini itself is a very quiet village there are however a number of restaurants, bars and taverna's just a 5 minute walk away. For those seeking a little more in the way of night-life, the main tourist strip is only 1.5km away.

The local supermarket is only a five minute walk away selling fresh local produce in addition to brand named goods. There are two bakeries in the village one of which is open 24 hours a day, perfect for those of you arriving late.

The beach is only a 5 minute drive away and boasts the usual amenities including sun loungers, umbrellas, a small number of beach front restaurants and kiosks for snacks. There are also toilets and showers.

There is a bus service direct to Larnaca with a bus stop only a five minute walk away.
