The detached four bedroom villa with its pretty little front gardens and small swimming pool (25sqm) On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en suite shower/WC, and a separate bathroom with bath tub/shower fitment/WC. French windows open onto a veranda with views of the garden. The swimming pool with its small paved sun terraces sits within the front gardens and close by there is a BBQ and patio furniture set under a pergola. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three further bedrooms plus a lobby area with a little kitchenette. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite shower/WC, the other two have twin beds and share a bathroom with bath tub/shower fitment/WC. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning (at an extra local charge) and each has access to a veranda or a balcony with views over the village, the surrounding countryside and across to the sea in the distance.  For guests use there is a small gym and Jacuzzi in the basement of the house. The nearest beach is approx 4 km away. There are a few mini markets and tavernas within walking distance in the village. We consider car hire to be essential.
