There is also full size table tennis. It is perfectly suited to a family holiday Nearby: The hamlet is rural, a bakers van comes daily and a charcuterie twice a week. Nearest town is Mansle (5 min drive) offering a good range of shops and services including restaurants, post office and supermarket. Alternatively you can drive 20mins to La Rochfoucauld and shop beneath the shadow of it’s stunning medieval chateau. The area has many small towns and villages and few large cities due to the damage done during the Wars of Religion in the 16th century. The architecture is ancient and unspoilt and there is plenty to see and do if you choose. Apart from sightseeing, Futuroscope is about an hours drive and the distilleries at Cognac 45 min.
