This property is not suitable for very small children due to the steep stairs in the old mill and open access to the road at the front
The grounds: Completely detached and standing in approximately 800 sq metres of private gardens. There is a large wooden picnic table, umbrella and a stone built BBQ. There is off road parking for 4 vehicles outside
Nearby: There is a small shop, tabac, and bakery within walking distance, and a larger range of shops & restaurants down by the sea a couple of minutes drive away (or a 45 min walk). Rochefort (10 mins drive) is a lovely town with lots of amenities and good shops, bars and restaurants as well as a fantastic fruit & veg market 3 days a week
