The accommodation comprises: - Entrance into open-plan living/dining area (40 sq m) with exposed beams, stone chimney with large wood burning fire perfect for chillier nights. There is a TV, DVD player, CD stereo etc
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, gas/electric hob, built-in electric oven & grill, double sinks etc. off the kitchen is a utility room with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, ironing board/iron and all pans, crockery, cutlery needed. There is also a cellar for keeping wine etc chilled
Off the lounge is a downstairs bathroom with W.C. bidet, sink and shower
Double doors lead you into the rear garden and barn area that is completely enclosed and very private, with a covered patio
Back inside tiled stairs led to the first floor with three very good-sized bedrooms (two carpeted, one wood floored) all have plenty of storage and electric heaters. Bedroom 1 has a double bed , Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds in each. There is also a Clic-clac double sofa-bed in the lounge
There is also a second very large bathroom with bath shower, bidet, sink and W.C.
Due to stone/tiled stairs we don’t advise families with very small children/toddlers

The grounds: Double doors lead out to a terrace with steps down to the garden. There is also a small, enclosed front garden with grape vines and fruit trees
Nearby: 5 minutes away is a restaurant, racetrack, post office and train station
5-10 minutes takes you to the small pretty town of Mansle, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, canoeing, crazy golf, another racetrack, and play areas
There are also quite a few man-made beaches/leisure areas dotted around, and weekly markets selling a wide variety of produce. Other leisure activities nearby include fishing, golf, quad biking, and horse riding. Surely something for everyone!
Other places to visit include, Futuroscope, Cognac, La Rochelle, and Nautilus (swimming/ice-skating complex)
